I used to fly on a DJI mini 2 with my phone, and later i bought a DJI mini 3 pro, so i sold my mini 2. But the buyer is telling me that he can't connect to the connect because it is srill connected with ly account. But when i go in settings, manage drones, i only have my mini 3 pro.

So my question is how can i unlink the mini 2 from my account so that he can fly it on its own ?

Hi there. Have you verified if the correct DJI account is logged in on the DJI Fly app? To remove the aircraft from the account, there is no need to connect the aircraft but please note that only the bound account can operate this function. To unbind, please follow the path: Profile>Device Management>Account and Device>Remove device from account

My account is still connected on my DJI account but when i go to device management I can't find the Mini 2, only the 3 pro. And he is telling me that he can't click on the unbind button, so what should i do to fix this and allow him to fly ?
