Mini 4 Pro RC screen freezing

Any help out there on why my RC screen keeps freezing up like this?  Still responds to control with sticks, but can't see where I'm at and have to use RTH to get it back.

Hello @DJI Gamora and thanks for replying.  I cannot see the image, it just shows those pink lines and no movement or image.  If I land the drone, power down and restart it will be ok for a few minutes, then it does the pink lines and no image again.  It will be tomorrow morning before I can get the firmware information and app versions.  I will reply as soon as I can get it tomorrow.

Hello again, so there was a firmware update available.  I installed it and flew for 5 - 10 minutes and the problem seems ok now.  I will continue to update this thread if I have more problems.  I am not sure how to check if there are other firware updates for drone?

So, I had notification there was an update available 4-17-24.  Installed updates with no problems.  This morning I drive 30 minutes to location and start flying.  Less than 1 minute into flight the screen on my RC freezes again (see photo in 1st post of this thread).  I have to push RTH to get my drone back.  I just "refreshed" the updates on RC, Mini 4 pro and all 3 of my batteries.  I'm going to try flying again, but this is totally unacceptable from a new DJI drone.  Is there anyone else having this problem???????

Anyone have any ideas on this?  I think I need to send it in for repair. How does that process get started?

So basically you take your car to the dealer for a noise or problem and get the canned "cannot replicate issue" response........

Not super happy about this.  It has been a repetitive issue with this drone.  At this point I suppose I'll try a different SD card, but not holding my breath.  Anyone else have any ideas?

Is this typical customer service for anyone else who has sent their drone in for repair?  I've used DJI since the early Phantom 4, but this has soured me on DJI.  No responses, no tracking info, case shows as Quotation & Payment on 8-7-24, but says they could find nothing wrong.  I received an email saying it was shipped, but no way to know where the heck it is?  And I'm sure I'll get it back and on day 1 I'll have pink lines on the RC and be back in the same boat.

My RC2 also freeze at startup screen.  Sometime black screen, sometime have loading screen.  If lucky, can go into home page.  But after a few minute, it will hang.  What can I do?  Cannot update the firmware because it hang...

If you have a SD card inserted, the most likely cause is that the card is incompatible.  I had the same problem. The screen froze and the controls were not as expected. I replaced the Micro SD card with a Sandisk Extreme Pro card (I now have this type of card in all my other products as well).  This is also a kind of behaviour you may get having a card with insufficient quality in a camera.  The camera may lag or stop filming.  On the RC2, it creates bigger problems.

To force a shutdown of the DJI RC, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, then attempt a restart. Additionally, connect to DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) to upgrade and refresh the firmware. If the problem continues, please inform us. We hope this resolves the issue.

Hi, sorry, for late reply.

Still have a problem.  freeze the screen after a few minute if "CAN" turn on the screen/controller.  
Try to download the firmware, but can't install. (Not enough time, freeze)
