I thought about filming inside too, but that felt a bit weird because it's not my house and they also have a 'handheld' camera.

No problem.  Another windy day here so I'm going to head to the pistol range and get in some target practice.  After that I really need to get my dock pressure washed...I've put it off too long now.

Thanks.  Shouldn't be too bad as I've been flying my large owl kite and it has done a great job of keeping the gulls away.  However, an occasional ones still visits and uses my boat dock as a bombing range.

When you get around the seashore they are everywhere and leave poop trails everywhere.  Definitely not my favorite bird.

No doubt you are as well as the family members.  In a couple of weeks the local schools are going to be doing their 2 weeks of Spring break.  No doubt the beaches will be full, providing the weather permits.

Sounds good.  Here for the kids school ends on May 30th and then they don't return until 3rd week of August for the next school year.  Basically gives them 11 weeks off for summer break.

PS, the sills are 'done'.
Meaning, they are all cut to size and I used the router to give them a smooth edge.
I started with the support pieces that I will put underneath all of them. They are almost done, but I had to make some difficult miter cuts and wanted to do that when I was fresh.
Next job will be fixing them and making the reveals and giving the sills a protective coat.
Very happy with how they turned out.

Yes, I was quite surprised at reading the differences.  Summer breaks tend to be really hard on working parents.  Seems the parents split taking vacation time to try and cover the summer breaks so that somebody is home with the kids.  There are also a lot of summer camps available such as baseball, karate, band, etc.  No doubt some kids have no parental oversight during parts of the summer break when both parents work.  I believe they are still called latchkey kids.  Shame but sometimes parents can't find an alternative.
