DJI Susan, I'm a bit confused, I thought DJI Diana said earlier in this thread that DJI Go 4 app does not support account binding, so how could the prior owner of Mavic 2 Pro bind the drone that SquikeX asked about? Doesn't Mavic 2 Pro also use DJI Go 4 and cannot use DJI Fly app? Did something change? Thanks for the clarification as I am also considering buying a used Mavic 2 Pro right now and don't want to deal with a bound drone.
Hi there,
Thank you for your question. Account binding is available in DJI Fly version 1.2.4 and above. Unfortunately, the DJI GO 4 app does not support account binding for the Mavic 2 Pro. For more information on which drone models support account binding, please kindly refer to this article.

If you're considering purchasing a drone that supports account binding, it is recommended that you confirm with the seller that the associated account has been removed before purchasing. After receiving the device, promptly bind your account to ensure that the subsequent related benefits of your device can be used normally.
We hope this information helps. Thank you once again for your understanding and support of DJI. |
