My Air 2 has always had the option in video mode to zoom 4X.  Now when I try the zoom is only going
to 2X.  Have I messed up a setting in the camera settings by accident?

Please note that when using the DJI Mavic Air 2, it supports 2x digital zoom when set to 4K 30/25/24 FPS and 2.7k 60/50/48/30/25/24 FPS, and 4x digital zoom when set to 1080P 60/50/48/30/25/24 in video mode. Please note that 4k WIDE doesn't support Zoom. Hope this helps.
