Took a family trip up to Niagra Falls and got a sweet panoramic shot by taking multiple individuals and then stitching together in Microsoft ICE (Image Composite Editor). There's someone on this forum that does an interactive photo (you move your mouse, it moves the photo) that I would love to try, so if you by chance see/read this, would love to know how you do it!

Forgot to mention, the haze in the photo is due to the Canadian wildfires that were going on at the time. Was amazing to smell the fires all day long, plus the look/feel in the air.

I see that you're interested in producing 360 degree interactive panoramas.
I love doing those.
I see that you have a Mini2, so have a look at this article for starters.

I have a Mini3Pro, which has the capability of producing these images on-the-fly, but I'm not sure you can do that with the Mini2.
I had some success with the Mini One, using Litchi software rather than the DJI version.

Here's an example of one I did recently with the Mini3Pro, then uploaded to SkyPixel ( The free account you get with your DJI registration)

Wonderful pano . We were there in 2015 and watched a drone pilot fly from the bridge to the falls at maybe 50  foot. He launched from the Canada side.

Somewhat. You're not supposed to fly over the falls, and there is restricted space that criss-crosses for both an airport as well as commercial helicopters flying people over and around the falls.
