Absolutely. The Air2S is such a good drone, with the C1 seriously, no more drone needed, at least for me.
I sold my Mini3 Pro to buy me the Air2s and i did the right thing.

It would be awesome if DJI does the same with the Avata. Avata was released in August 2022. Due its low weight of under 500 gram, same as the Air 1 it was possible to fly A1 until December 2023 but since January 2024 it needs to be flown A3. For the Air1 i understand, its a much older copter but the Avata? Its an 18 month old copter which needs to be flown somehere outside now. while the new avata2 is c1 certified.
Please DJI, can you kindly consider of thinking about a re-cert for the avata?

With the C1 label and the SDK available, the Air2S is a perfect machine

Isnt the Avata 1 too loud to meet the C1 requirements.

It is indeed very loud. But maybe changing the props...

From what I understand any hardware changes would require the drone to go back to DJI as part of a remanufacturing process that EASA defined.  

Has anyone tested the new firmware with the FCC mod app (the one you run on each boot)? Does it still work?

I fly with the RC controller, don't use modded apps.
