Hi,

i bought the Avata 2, complete bundle, with rc controller but i have an issue. I updated the Avata to the latest firmware (1.00.2.0) and it should allow to change channels on "Transmission" menu, however the option "Channel mode" is grayed and locked on "Auto"...

I wanted to use it to see if i was on FCC, but i can't use it, i tried to reinstall the firmwatre on the Goggles V3, same on the Avata, but nothing changes...

Thanks, hoping to be able to use it soon !

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Was the aircraft connected to the remote controller or motion controller when you checked it? And if I may confirm, are you located in Europe?

Hi, Thank you for patiently waiting. If you are currently in Europe, this is due to European legislative requirements. The DJI Goggles 3 does not support manual mode in Europe. If a fixed frequency band is selected in manual mode, the image transmission stability will be greatly impacted when there is interference. Therefore, the image transmission channel can only be set to auto mode as it offers better connection stability. Thank you for your understanding and support.

With the UK leaving the EU, would that not exempt the UK from the European legislation?  Sorry if that's a stupid question, I have zero clue.  Thanks for the reply.
