I cannot pair my RC3 with my Avata 2 becuase the remote will not go into pairing mode (i.e., I turn it on and hold down the power button but nothing happens).  I was told to update the firmware, so I installed Assistant 2 for Commercial Drones (or whatever it's called) and it detects the controller.  The upgrade process starts and goes throught Transmitting (0-100 percent), and then Updating.  When it gets to updating, it goes to 10 percent and restarts, and then jumps to 60 percent and stops. Then I get this message:

I've tried running Assistant as an administrator and that doesn't work.  I've restarted both PC and controller, no luck.  Any ideas?

Hi, fans54d87608. Thank you for patiently waiting. Can you please confirm if you long press the RC's power button, does it trigger the linking status? If not, that is not normal, please send it back for further testing. If it does, please connect the Goggles 3 to the DJI Fly App and then link Goggles 3 to RC, and then click App settings to update firmware, if it still does not work, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for a proper diagnosis. You may submit an online repair request through this link: {https://repair.dji.com/repair/index}. If you need assistance with creating a ticket, you may contact DJI support at (https://www.dji.com/support). Thank you for your kind understanding and support.
