I just really like how the bushes pop out in the foreground but the sun framed behind thw castle draws my eyes back up to it.  I guess just my person preference.  At least others favored #2 as well.

The foreground foliage is the most clear, and the sun coming up behind the castle ruins throw it into silhouette.
