Has anyone tried controlling the camera with cable connection? In my case, Controls only work via Bluetooth, the cable doesn’t recognize the camera. I’m afraid the gimbal’s RSS port is defective.

I hope someone can confirm this. Having Bluetooth switched on all the time consumes battery. Replacing the battery requires dismounting/remounting/rebalancing the camera.

Many thanks! Please note that I’m using latest stable camera’s firmware not the latest beta version.

Hi. Any luck testing cable connection? Thank you.

3 months have passed with no information whatsoever.

Even after installing the newest firmware the cable isn’t working. I don’t know why admins are neglecting this topic. Bluetooth connection works well, however, I prefer cable connection.

Have you found a solution yet?

I have the same problem, control works via bluetooth but not with the cable. Strangely enough it works with my old Ronin-S...

Not yet, even after updating camera’s firmware to latest one. I asked many persons who own both to try cable connection but no one came back with an answer
