If the photo is meant to show something relevant, the print is, for me at least, impossible to read. I would suggest you get a better photo or manual write/type the relevant section into a post.

Hi, Carl_0209. Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you may use it outdoors and it will not void the warranty. The indoor use-only print is mainly to prevent water resistance and to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. In reality, it is not limited to indoor use only. Hope this helps.
