On my air 3 with RC 2 controller when I start up, it will say no sd card found even when it has one. I take it out and put it back and it finds it but then in some of my flights, it switches back to internal storage from sd card without me asking it to. It is a new san disk extreme pro sd card. I clearly select sd card for storage and yet it will switch back to internal on it's own. Any body else see this and any one have any solutions?  thanks

I had it happen using a San Disk Extreme Pro SD card.  Afterwards, the card worked without issue in my Mini 3 Pro and Air 2S so I put it back in the Air 3 and it happened again during the next flight.  I decided it was time to refresh the drone's FW using Assistant 2 software.  After doing that I've not had another issue with that SD Card or any of the other 2 SD cards I use in the Air 3.  

I hope you get the issue fixed quickly.  

Thanks for the info, I have never used the Assistant 2 and did not know you could wtih m air 3.  Any advice on how to learn what needs to be done?

Hi there, thank you for sharing the picture. Upon checking , it is showing that you're using SanDisk Extreme PRO 128GB U3 microSD. However, the recommended microSD on this brand is only Sandisk Extreme PRO 32GB U3. Kindy replace the microSD with any other recommended sd card and see if it works .
