Hi all. I recently added a video tx and iosd Mark 2 to my s1000 with A2. It flew perfect up till then. Now it blinks purple after calibrating compass but when I lift off it blinks yellow. It also drifts and reacts strange to radio inputs on occasion. Any ideas would be appreciated.

do you have a video? How many yellow blinks do you get?  It could be, I say COULD, that it's switching over to Atti which would explain the yellow blinks and drifting. I know on mine I would have it set on Atti and it would blink violet indicating GPS...so I switch to GPS back to Atti and it clears it...Try that before takeoff..if thats not it then check your switch settings in the assistant to make sure something didnt happen to the end points.

I agree please check the assistant and make sure that the u channel hasn't drifted.  I would also check to see if you have any mixes in the radio accidentally set.

Try flying with a charged battery...
