Hello,

I tried shooting in 4K 100 FPS after the latest update this weekend.  I received an error message shortly in to flight, SD slow record speed, ect and it stopped recording.  I was not able to record any 100 FPS footage, the card definitely had enough space.    I am using the recommended Sandisk Extreme card.  Anyone else experiencing this issue?  I was shooting in 16X9 to avoid h.265 files, I was thinking I would try 4:3 and see if that resolves the issue?

Generally, this appears due to a slow SD card. If the original high-speed SD card is used, please try to format the SD card and try again. If the issue persists, please change to another SD card.
Before you proceed, kindly be advised to back up all the files on the said SD card before you procee.

Please use one of the recommended microSD Cards from the recommended list. You may check through this link here: (https://www.dji.com/avata-2/specs).

Hi there, thank you for reaching. Could you please try to format the SD card nd try again ? If the issue still persists, kindly share us a video example for our engineering team to investigate further and advise accordingly.

Within this same subject, now with the launch of O4 Pro that offers 4K 120FPS. For me it's a disappointment not to have it natively in Avata 2... I just have to buy a custom drone and put the O4 Pro...
