Hello, I have been experiencing GPS problems frequently during my recent flights with my Mavic 3 device.

While my friend, who uses a Mini 3 Pro with whom I fly, can fly with a satellite connection between 25-31 despite receiving a "signal interference" warning, I completely lose my GPS connection with my Mavic 3 device without any warning.

Is there a problem with my device or I have a chronic GPS problem in Mavic 3 devices, which has been mentioned in many issues.

Also, isn't there a "signal interference" warning on the Mavic 3 series?

Is your friend flying at the same height as you?
It's not clear what the signal interference message you refer to actually is.
Signal interference doesn't sound like something related to GPS.

Is there a problem with my device or I have a chronic GPS problem in Mavic 3 devices, which has been mentioned in many issues.
There's no GPS problem with the Mavic 3 and I've never seen mention of that.
Perhaps your drone is faulty, but that's unlikely.
Post your recorded flight data and that might help work out what's happening.

There is a lot of GPS jamming in your part of the world.
Look at this map and see if you are in an affected area.
https://gpsjam.org/?lat=39.22931 ... 5.9&date=2024-06-12

Also, isn't there a "signal interference" warning on the Mavic 3 series?
What signal are you referring to?

Hi there,

It is always recommended to fly in an open environment with less wireless interference. Flying too close to another drone can cause signal interference, affecting the connection with your GPS.

Pay attention to the direction of the antenna. Please adjust the plane of the antenna facing the position of the aircraft.
As the picture below for your reference;

I hope this information has helped to clarify your inquiries. If you have any other questions, kindly let us know. Thank You

Hello,
Yes, as you said, there are GPS problems in our region, it is very accurate.

However, what I don't understand is that my Mavic 3 device is much worse than the mini 3 pro when it comes to receiving GPS data.

I don't know how to upload my flight logs here.

Hello,
I don't have any problems between the drone and the controller. The problem is that only mini 3 pro connects around 25-31 GPS, while Mavic 3 device connects around 4-5 GPS.

Go to: https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
... where you'll find instructions.
Follow those and you will get a summary report.
You can post a link for the report here.
Or just post the .txt file.

If your controller has a built-in screen, you'll find the file at:

Hello, I didn't have my computer with me for a while, sorry for the delay.

I am using Mavic 3 + RC-N1 Controller and iPhone phone.

How can I obtain the data you request? Also, is there a chance to share my data through the system installed on the system?

I have just bought a DJI Air 3 and I cannot get a GPS signal, I have checked the area and GPS Connections is fine, I updated everything when I bought this,
Is there anything I can do to fix this? I keep getting a height limit code, other people have flown the drone in the same area and have no issues as there are pictures higher.
Please can someone help!

GPS on the drone either works or it doesn't.
There's nothing you can configure  or adjust etc.
If you are out in the open and can't get any satellite reception, it sounds like you need to return the drone for replacement.

Hello, yesterday I had a very problematic flight day with my Mavic 3 device. The device completely lost its GPS connection and started to move spontaneously, giving a GNSS error. When I look at the data, it is quite clear as GPS data in the region I was in yesterday.

It's impossible to tell what your issue might be from your description.
A month ago I asked you to post your flight data which would have helped understand what's going one.
You didn't bother though.

I'm sorry you think that way. When you requested the recordings via PM, I immediately sent DJI Natalia. If you want, I can send the records immediately.

Of course, I would like to get help or information. Because I do this job commercially and I bought a Mavic 3 because I thought it was professional. But I try to do my work with the mini 3 pro and mini 4 pro that I borrowed from my friends.

Of course, sending the product for warranty is a solution, but it usually takes a very long time to send it for warranty in our country. (This is how I think about the negativities I have experienced before.) If I am told there is no problem and the device is returned, it will be a bad situation for me if I lose it in the meantime.

If you ever do get around to sharing the flight data, it would be good to see data from the Mavic 3 and one of the Minis, for flights at the same time in the same location for comparison.

The last day I lost GPS and GNSS completely, I didn't have a mini with me. But I took a photo yesterday with both mini 3 pro and mavic 3. Whatever files I throw will be enough. If I assign the same flights, it will take a long time to load all the records.

It takes just a  few seconds to post a link or two as I outlined way back in post #7.

I sent my last flight records via PM, where we completely lost GPS and GNSS connection.

You've posted flight data from 12 flights.
I've opened and searched the last three.
Each had full GPS reception for the whole of each flight.
I'm not going to search all 12.
How about helping a little and telling me which flight had the problem?

Are you a little angry? Or is it just me because I used translation?

Below I share the flights where I found GPS and GNSS problems. Especially DJIFlightRecord_2024-07-12_[11-41-48] I had a really hard time downloading the device on this flight.

I sent it all thinking you would want to see all the data.

The 11:41.48 flight shows a sudden drop in sat numbers from 27-28 to zero at 10:20.8.
This happened at a height of 53 metres over open water.
With no GPS, the location data didn't change despite you flying home and landing.
GPS did not return as the drone descended to sea level.

In the 15:44 flight, sat numbers drop from 30 to zero at 11:15.5.

This looks like GPS jamming, completely blocking GPS signal.
If the Mini is really more resistant to the jamming, you'd need to have data from both drones being flown at the same time in the same area to compare.

Unfortunately, I don't have a mini device at the moment. My friends fly very frequently in the same region, but they do not experience satellite loss. I would ask you not to say this to a friend. Since I borrowed the device and returned it, I could not download the flight data.

I also wrote above. It happened in mini devices where we flew in the same area at the same time. After giving the devices "GPS Intervention", while flying safely with 30-31 satellite connections, my device completely loses the satellites and does not find them again. I just don't have flight records for other destinations. I have been a drone pilot for a long time and I paid attention to the issues you mentioned and tested them. It saddens me that a device like the Mavic 3 has a worse GPS connection than the minis. Or there is a problem with my device.

My product;

- Staying at a certain altitude and not landing.
- Gaining altitude while trying to remain stable at a certain altitude.
- Experiencing GPS loss.

I sent it to warranty because of the problems. I will share the results with you when they come.
