We've had no trains through the village for a couple of months now - the banking has collapsed under the rail-bed  further down the line. No accident occurred, but the line is closed until the repairs are completed. Buses are running the route instead, for the time being - maybe into September.

Yeah, they're underpinning the track where subsidence of the banking has caused the railbed to collapse. Another couple of months yet. I keep meaning to go and fly the drone over it.

I read 'your' railroad is shut down for some time.

I went to take a look this morning, but British Rail were flying their own drone over the works -as announced properly on Drone Assist - so l grabbed a few shots of their DJI Inspire from directly underneath it.

It's really useful, and it's a FREE Android App for the phone.
I'll go along the track out of hours when they're not working there, to do my flight.

Similar here.
Indoors with windows and doors open to create a breeze, it's 23 degrees.
Outside in full sun it must be at least 28 degrees.

31.4 was our max today (outside)
But my workplace at home is 28.8 now.....
