Hi all

I receive this error if i try to use a type-c cable to power up the RX and the TX (the message it's the same)
I use a NP-F battery, if i try to power supply only with cable, the fan starts but the monitor of the device remains black.

With only the battery both works properly,

The port it's correct, i've tried with several type-c cables and power banks...but the message it's always the same.

The product it's new i want to know if it's an build in error ..maybe the power supply it's damaged? on both devices?

I confirm that using a 65w power supply it works!!

I was getting the same message when I attached the transmitter to my RS3 Pro. However, after I updated the firmware to the gimbal it won't even power on at all now.

I get the same problem. I have tried many cables and USB supplies and the transmitter doesn't power up. My Ronin RS2 doesn't power it either.  If I put a NPF  battery on, it works, but I can't use it on the Ronin because the battery is too big.

Same for me here. RS2 doesn't power the SDR transmitter...

for what it's worth my RS2 can't power the SDR but the full size DJI transmission powers perfectly from the same port and displays 9v.

The RS4 pro can power both fine : / please fix this DJI! ta
