So after dropping my RC2 at the dealer for being faulty, I was called today by the same dealer saying that Dji has done a full recall on the Air 3 because of issues. They say i need to send the drone back. I will get a full credit on the fly more combo but cannot get a credit for the 2 years care refresh and ND Filters i have purchased. How far is this true? Anyone had this recall?

No, it's not all drones but it seems that there is some affected by the recall. The list of serial numbers I put up seems to be some of them. What's the quantity, I don't know. I only what's been said to be by the dealer.

Yes, also from Italy, a part of RC2 is affected by Server -2 hardware error and as far as I know, will be redirected to DJI for exchange by local dealers.

Yes.
They have a whole lot that is wrong, none can be activated and will present Server Error -2.

Hi Sean,

Kindly take note, the impacted DJI RC 2 for activation fails and will prompt an error message on screen stating "Activation failed. Server error (-2). Check and try again. Contact DJI Support if the issue persists" this are the only small numbers of devices requested to be send back for replacement. Other DJI RC 2 that is able to be activated are not listed as impacted devices. Hence, if any customer that is facing activation failed error have to send back the devices and those able to activate and use their DJI RC2 are safe to use and there is no need to be send back for replacement.
