I sent my Inspire1 (with heavy hesitation) to recieve service for my cracks on the landing legs. The date I fedex'd it was Sept 11th,2015. Rma # 0910201576854203990. According to FedEx, it was recieved on 9/17/2015. Call me a worry wart but I called to just check to insure they have it. They informed me they have'nt recieved it yet. Am I missing some step here?
Wouldnt service know it's there because they signed for it? As with all of us that parted with our Drones for service, this is a stressful time. An automated text right after DJI signs for the package should be possible. Can anyone please check on this? With great appreciation.

Yes, your inspire 1 is received and checked into our system, i believe you should get an automated email with RMA tracking number as well.
