Hi there,
Before we proceed, please ensure that you are connected to the DJI RC and that you have switched the Wi-Fi correctly using the steps below:
Please slide down on the main page TWICE and then:
1. Long press "Wi-Fi" to enter the WLAN page, then select the available network to connect.
2. Click "setting" > "Network & Internet" > "Wi-Fi", then select the available network to connect.
If the issue persists, we recommend trying the following:
1. Switch to a different Wi-Fi network, or use a mobile hotspot for connection.
Note: The DJI RC only supports connecting to Wi-Fi networks that require a password and does not support connections that require third-party authorization or authentication.
2. Perform a factory reset on the DJI RC and try again.
