So… I probably shouldn’t admit to this, but I broke down and bought the new goggles N3 and the motion 3 controller to use with the Neo. So far, I’m terribly disappointed. I have had so little use of my goggles 2, which is such a better device than the N3. It’s hard to believe I’ve had the goggles 2 for longer, as the N3 is much closer to my DJI goggles 1! It’s huge and heavy and uncomfortable! And now I have *three*DJI goggles, *two* motion controllers… it’s absolutely ridiculous, when I’ve owned the goggles 2 for a little over a year… Anyways, it’s disappointing to say the least, and I don’t understand why the N3 is such a ridiculously large and heavy device. I understand it’s a “budget” product, but still… I refused to buy the goggles 3 on principle, but thought I’d try the N3… I might return it, we’ll see…
Also, as stated before, several DJI drones with O4 do have compatibility with O3 goggles. So it’s entirely doable for DJI to make the goggles 2 and integrate them with the Neo. If they don’t do it, it’s entirely by choice, so they can sell you another slight upgrade on a very expensive product…
Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Compared with DJI Goggles 2, DJI Goggles N3 not only incorporates a single 1080p ultra-wide screen and a ready-to-use design but also features DJI's latest O4 FHD video transmission technology. It offers an extended battery life of up to 2.7 hours* and includes additional features such as AR Cursor** and One-Tap Defogging. It is compatible with more of DJI's latest drones and remote controllers, enhancing the overall user experience.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. |
