Hello all, although I only currently have one DJI drone which is my Air 3, whenever I use any Online facility operated by DJI I still show as having an old Mini 3 Pro and a previous Air 3 which DJI replaced under the Care Refresh scheme with my current drone. I cannot find any way of removing the old products from my profile. Does anybody have any suggestions please?

For the DJI Forum, it is still listed as DJI Mini 3 Pro. Do you need it to be removed and replaced with the current drone? Please send the serial number through a personal message.

Hello and thank you for offering to help me out. When I first registered on this Forum I was actually showing as a Mini 3 Pro owner which I no longer was. When I go into my user profile through my RC2 remote I am listed as having 3 drones. This is incorrect as I actually only have 1 which is my Air 3. There must be a means of cleaning all of this up but alas I cannot find one.
