Not Quite Bliss......


If anyone remembers the most famous photo of all time called Bliss,  this isnt quite it,     taken on Dartmoor.

Yes,   we had all the weathers over there except ice and snow,    started with mist and fog,  that cleared for a bit then rain and wind alternated the rest of the walk.      We did have a lovely full rainbow.

That one was coming out of the reservoir it seemed when viewed from the drone,    and weirdly it would come and go.

We didnt,  we headed away from it and to the cuckoo rock.

For years vineyards had a really bad reputation.  Winemakers needed to mass-produce grapes to make enough wine to meet consumer demand. To do this more efficiently they used chemicals to help keep away pests that damaged crops. The chemicals contaminated the soil and stayed on the grapes and ended up in bottles of wine.  Of course laws changed and vineyards are very closely regulated and monitored now.
