i successfully downloaded the bun file to the quad copter.  Removed the USB adapter from the Quad and got the "Successful" message.  Yeah!!  Then followed directions removed the results file from the disk.  I then inserted the USB adapter with the mini card into the USB port on the controller.  I then turned on the controller and it never began the download process.  The light stayed steady red and never turned blue or started to make any sounds.  I believe I also read (but cannot find) directions for doing this directly from the quad.  Insert the large USB connector into the quad and the small end into the controller.  Can anyone tell me if this is correct ans if so in what order do I turn on the various hardware pieces.

What version is on the remote control? If it is 1.3.2 it is good.

Yes.  1.3.20 is the current version.  It doesn't update to a 1.04 as well?

1.4 firmware is for the Phantom 3 only. The current firmware version for the controller is 1.3.20
