I prefer to keep with the RC2, new versions of controllers usually come with an upgrade on the transmission system and that results in more incompatibilities with the controller that we already have.

Thats only because DJI draw a line in the sand in what they want to support,  theres no reason the RC2 couldnt run DJI Go 4 and fly the Mavic 2.

Yes I know and with the same 700nit only brightness.I may go with the fly more bundle with
the RCN3 ,as i can still use my Tripltek 7 pro tablet with the 1200 nit screen.

I would like to see the RC Pro radio getting update as well...

I could have already bought a MIni 4 Pro, the Air 3, the new Air 3S, but not at these conditions... I don't need another radio controller unless they get damage or they wear out...

Id love to see the RC Pro 2 go on a diet,   as it stands it just too heavy.  And as a pro controller they need to commit to a certain number of years worth of drones being supported by it and ideally some form of replaceable battery.

I agree, but...

If they want to release a better version (more features and better hardware and it has to be proven, not just printed on their website) of the current RC Pro and call it RC Pro 2, I got no problems, but if DJI is going to release a RC Pro 2 only to have it with OcuSync 4 installed, instead of just updating the current RC Pro, in the same way they handled the RC and the RC-N1 controller, I'll gladly give up DJI and go back to my helis with my trusted Futaba Radio...

This is not a sustainable way to handle either your customers and/or your stock, and I got better things to do with my money, than support this kind of greed...

Agreed, The RC Pro is an amazing RC but needs to be compatible to at least 5 years of future developed drone. It's a shame to pay so much for a RC that is so limited to future products.

Forget the SDK. Unfortunately, there is no chance for the consumer drones.
