hi all i incounter something scarry to day.
i was flying around just for fun. then sudenly it say disconected in the app.
no video no nothing.
i still had control over the phantom.
i was only like 250 meter away. i wonder if the same thing happes when 2500 meters away
then ill never get it back.

i have screen req. any one thet can tell me what happen...?

i try to restart the phantom after, i get live video back.

im running all the latest firmware & app

app       v. 2.1.0
done     v. 1.4.0010
remote  v. 1.3.20

the live video brackes @ 12min:15sek. some where.

this scared me never happent to me.
im hoaping some one else know what to do for preventing this in future flying :-/

There are a few things that probably happened:

1) Something interfered with the lightbridge FPV video transmission and you lost the signal for video....since you still had control of the craft, iti didn't interfere with your controls
         - this is common and I believe the controllers control signals are 'stronger' than the lightbridge, so even if you lose video, you still have control of your crafts....including RTH button!
         - key thing is not to panic and I usually will hit the RTH button until it comes back close enough to give me FPV video again and then I cancel RTH

2) Your app crashed or went haywire
       -This is common...especially if you are using the DJI GO app on the Android operating system.
      - again, even if the app crashes, you still have control of your craft and can either RTH or control the craft back to you OR just let your craft hover until you restart your app

1) yes i did loose the video feed. + every thing in the app [ disconected ]
2) do not understand this. i have around 80 fligths on my tablet. no issues.
but after this last update (firmware) this is an  issue.
i tryed to fly it again differen route. same thing happent after 9 min.

Save yourself some time - there are a lot of posts about this in the forum.  I am one of many having the issue.  Tried everything - I sent mine in for service 8 days ago in hopes that DJI can repair the issue.

I really hope you do.  When mine started, it was intermittent (just here and there randomly).  Then it became 100% of the time.  Kept the P3P for weeks researching this forum and trying solutions before breaking down and mailing it back.

To recap, I tried:
- New USB cable
- Re-Loading Firmware (Using different SDs and even different laptops and PCs, both with wireless and hardline connections)
- Re-Connection of the RC
- Deleting / Re-Installing GO App
- Samsung Galaxy S5 - I even went out and bought an iPad hoping this would fix it.  It did not.

okay maby ill do...

i tryed out one thing.
tok out the sim card in my tablet.
and put it in fly mode (offline)
now every thing workt fine... hmm

good 19 min flying no issues...

I was having trouble with DJI Go app disconnecting. I have been following all the threads on this subject. Try everything.  I installed a app called "Memory Booster Full", I run it just before I turn Go on.  Press quick boost, start Go,  and no more disconnect.
