I have a Neo and Avata 2. Is there some way to get my flight logs showing ground tracks, altitude and time?
And, if possible, is there some way to display them on a map?

Thank You.

Hi, there
We apologize for the inconvenience.
The flight logs can be export by DJI Fly APP, which is used for data analysis while crash or accident happens during the flight.
Could you please tell us which system of mobile device it is?
We will provide the instructure, thanks.

I use an iPhone with DJI Fly.

Hi, there
Thanks for reaching out.
For iOS device:
You can connect the mobile device that has been connected to the aircraft to the PC, open iTunes, and then export all data under the "flightrecord" folder.
Also, for your second inquiry, may we know what kind of maps are you referring to ?

Hi, Thanks for helping me out.
iTunes is no longer in IOS. There is just iTunes Store and Music.  On my MacBook Pro, I can see on the iPhone  DJI Fly / Flight Records and Logs using Finder, but I can not access them.

Hi, there
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Could you please try to export by using Mac Finder
1. Open a Finder window.
2. Connect your iOS device to your computer with a USB cable.
3. Select your device in the Finder.
4. Click the Files tab to see a list of apps that can share files. Choose DJI Fly.
5. Click the triangle next to DJI Fly icon to see the files that you can share.
Please keep us updated after trying, thanks.

Using a third party Files app on my phone, I am able to get in. I was hoping to find something like a KML file
Does this look like something that can be imported into a map program like Google.

Hi, there
We are sorry to let you know that it does not support import a map program like Google.
Thanks for your understanding.

Is there any way to export the map tracks data?
I live in a critical airspace and fly on a FAA waiver often. If there is ever any question, I would like to be able to show my flight tracks in order to prove that I am compliant with the limitations of the waiver.  I have seen examples of people doing this with previous generations of DJI drones.

Hello. When using an industrial-grade drone, you can obtain information such as the flight attitude by enabling video recording and video subtitles.
Note:
1. If video recording and video subtitles were not enabled during the flight, you cannot retrieve the flight information afterward.
2. Flight controller data and other flight data are encrypted and cannot be decrypted by users.

Does this mean that Mavic 3 Enterprise does not sync it flight routes with  the Flight Hub 2 app?

So, All of these records accumulate on my phone using Apple Maps, and I can't export and save them elsewhere? This doesn't make sense. My phone gets full and there is nothing to do except delete these logbook records.?

Could we please escalate this question to DJI Tech?

Hello. The storage location of flight records in the remote controller:
Files/Internal Storage/DJI/com.dji.industry.pilot/FlightRecord;
Internal Storage/Android/data/com.dji.industry.pilot/files
To export using a computer, please refer to the path:
DJI RC Pro Enterprise/Internal Shared Storage/DJI/com.dji.industry.pilot/FlightRecord;

Hello, is your drone DJI Neo or DJI Avata? If so, you can refer to the following link to export flight records.

I have both, a Neo and an Avata 2.
The iPhone method worked and moved the files.
Two important notes to the procedure. 1, Connect the phone with a usb cable to the Goggles 3. Use Airdrop. The zip is too large for email.

Now, How do you make these files readable ? They are text files and look like this.

Resolution :

For those following, Once you have successfully accessed your flight records you can upload and view them on Phantomhelp.com or Airdata.com. It would be great if there was a better in house way to manage your flight data. Adding check boxes next to the flight records on the app and having an upload button would help greatly. Having a DJI logbook app would be a great addition.

Thank you for the help.
