Alright so I seem to have a problem with on of my batteries. It's started happening before I did the deep discharge to 8% after my 20th recharge cycle and is still happning now.

So what I'm having here is one cell is slightly weaker than the rest by about 0.3 to 0.5 volts. Is there a way to fix this?
