So Golden Week in China hope everyone is having a good time.
Meanwhile customers can go and get stuffed the normal appalling level of customer service is now exceeded by just going on holiday
This is the worst company in the world for customer service
If you have had bad customer service from DJI please post here you never know someone might actually wake up and do something

Our offices in LA and Germany are open for business.  I think that Germany is the office that serves the UK.  

But nobody does anything, I got told to "be patient" that was over a week ago.
I am going to write my experience up to include in a training course I am having developed for the customer support department which I manage, this will be an example of just how bad service levels can get I am sure it will be greeted with both horror and laughter and as a bi-product a group of people who will know what to expect if they ever deal with DJI
