Nice! Maybe that indicates a FW update to fix some bugs is on the horizon as well. Or would this app update correct all the issues people are having (compass errors, video lag, video blackouts, etc)?

I think I'll wait a while on this one.  DJI GO 2.0.0 and FW 1.3.20 work flawlessly on iOS 9.0.2 with my P3P after downgrading.  The latest FW and DJI GO 2.2 were full of issues that made flying my P3P unsafe.  Have all the lag and signal loss issues been fixed in this version?

No clue but it's got to be better than what I was running which was DJI GO 2.2, iPad Mini 2 on iOS 9 and P3A is on 1.4.001. Ever since those updates I've had issues so hoping this alleviates some of them.

As long as the massive amount of fog clears soon, I will be out flying as soon as.... I've updated both my iPhone 6+ & iPad Air 2.

I can report back later if times permits.

Main thing here is the IOS9 compatibility.. Can't be arsed to update to 9 again as I have downgraded one already.. Will go through it later and see if anything has changes/been added

For what you've reported on the Android version previously, it seems to almost be a spitting image of it now...

I've only turned it on and poked around a bit at this point. Hoping to fly soon.

I'm staying at 9.0.2 and FW 1.3.20 and DJI GO 2.0.0 since the IOC functions (WP) is absolutely useless anyway.  

This setup works very well on my iPad 2 mini, no lag, no dropouts, no signal loss and long range stable connections at 2500-3000 feet out.  That's good enough for me.

They did fix the bug in the Flight Record playback function so the Red Aircraft arrow once again moves along at the end of the yellow flight path as the flight plays back instead of being stuck at the home point.

So then in terms of an overall fix for the existing issues, we are still looking for a FW update for the birds, correct?

Had a play and the main differences noticed is..

1: IOS 9 seems OK now.. yay

2: Same gimbal tweaks as the Android version now. Gimbal Pitch Smooth and Gimbal YAW Synchronous Follow





3: Long press on shutter button in the App is gone. You now access these from the "Menu" option

And why. exactly, is there still no support for iphone 5 or 5c? Is the S really that far above the C?

Flew 3.5 batteries on the new app release. All seems well. Stable on iOS 9.0.2/ iPhone 6+, but then again the previous version was stable for me too. (Didn't try the iPad)

Still loving the added features, particularly waypoints & poi.

I'm using a mini 2 as well.I'm pretty sure I have the same setup as you and works great.My que to you id's are you able too zoom in on your recorded videos? Month buddy can on his air 2 but will not on mine.I m hoping it's a setting. Can you email me at bcongero@gmail.com if you HAVE yours working?
