Hi,

My Phantom 3 Advanced has been working perfectally on firmware 1.4 until yesterday.

I plugged in my phone (iphone 6) and only saw this:



I have tried my ipad mini, an android device as well as multiple cables. Same result.

Any ideas?

I have just tried reloading the firmware through using a USB drive in the remote. The remote did not create a txt file nor acknowledge there was a firmware USB plugged in. The front LED just stayed red  (as the phantom was off)

When you turn on RC unit and then the bird does your RC connect to the bird without the device.  There is a green light on the RC instead of red?  Do this without your iOS device connected.

If there is a red light on the RC then you probably need to Re-Link the RC to the Phantom.  Look in manual on how to do it and see attached image for location of button on the P3.

The remote is linked to the bird - the light on the remote is green when both are on.
I tried relinking them but it still shows as disconnected on the app.
I have tried multiple cables and multiple devices.

I have also asked dji support 4 times now for help but have had nothing back.

I'm not on iOS, but I did a "cold" IMU calibration and it fixed it...I also added the 32 channel config file to the GO app...
