Spring isn't too far away. I have my fingers crossed for a bit of sun by then.
It put in an appearance for about 10 minutes just now, but then another snow cloud came drifting over

I just read an article that on Australian beaches people pitch their tent (for getting shade) early in the morning and reserve that space without being there at all and then come back and use it much later in the day - keeping others from using the space.
My mentioning it was just a stupid joke...
