Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are sorry for the inconvenience. To address the issue with the QuickShots menu not appearing, please follow these steps:
1. Check Flight Mode: Ensure that the flight mode or remote controller mode is set to P mode and that the signal is strong. If the aircraft is in ATTI mode or another mode, the QuickShots function will not be available. Switch the remote controller back to P mode and confirm a strong signal.
2. Vertical Takeoff Height: Verify that the aircraft's takeoff height is over 2 meters. QuickShots will not be available if the altitude is lower than 2 meters. Fly the aircraft above this height before attempting to use QuickShots.
3. Select Target and Tap Start: Make sure you have selected a target and tapped the Start button. Without selecting a target or tapping Start, QuickShots cannot be triggered. You can refer to QuickShots tutorial videos for guidance on using this feature correctly.
4. Lighting and Obstacles: Check that the lighting conditions are good and that there are no obstacles around the subject. Insufficient light or obstacles can cause calculation errors, preventing the DJI Fly app from stitching QuickShots videos.
5. Mobile Phone Compatibility: Confirm that your mobile phone is compatible with the DJI Fly app.
6. Refresh Firmware: Refresh the aircraft firmware version to ensure it is up to date and see if this resolves the issue.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and support!
I have can confirm that tests have been in P mode, with 15 Satellites, in Good daylight, above 2m from the ground. free from obstacles or obstructions.
I'm using a DJI RC controller and checked for firmware updates to which it tells me both are updated and on the latest version. Compatible SD card in both the Controller and Aircraft.

Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.
To confirm, it means it is unavailable for updates. Please make sure you are connected to a good internet when you select "Check for updates". Also, you might want to provide a screenshot or screen recording showing where the QuickShots menu does not appear. This can help in diagnosing the problem further.
