Hi
If there are 2 Neo Drones that want to Fly at the same time say with RC-N3 controllers
how do you change frequencies (If you can).

They will automatically select the best channel and keep re evaluating and changing if a better one becomes free.   

I was thinking the same as will, I would like to know How do you change
the frequencie by hand or does it know when there is to Drones around.
I can't find anything in the Manul about it..
