Had P3P for a few months and enjoyed every one of the 46 flights without a problem of any sort.However, in that time experienced just about every problem when it came to the last 3 firmware updates, one update taking at least a dozen attempts. I decided enough was enough, and took my Phantom back to the supplying dealer, in this case Maplin Electronics. I explained the situation to them along with my frustrations and 10 minutes later left the store with a brand new, sealed box, P3P. Now that's what I call service!

Decided to attempt firmware upgrade this morning; lo and behold, all went smoothly first time without a single glitch.
Top marks to the guys at Maplin, can't praise them highly enough.
