Hi there,
We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please follow the steps outlined below to address the issue:
1. It is recommended to either increase the exposure time by using an ND filter or adjusting the camera parameters, or reducing the flight attitude angle to get a better picture effect.
2. Ensure that the gimbal is released from the limit buckle. If not, calibrate the gimbal and IMU in the DJI Fly app, and then check if the issue persists.3. Confirm if the original video on the microSD card is normal. If it is, the issue may be related to the image transmission signal:
a. The mobile device has insufficient processing capability.
b. There was large signal interference.
4. If the rippling effects also occur in the original video:
a) Calibrate the gimbal.
b) Check if the firmware is the latest version. If not, please update the firmware to the latest version.
c) Check whether there is foreign matter or dust on the gimbal. If so, please remove them.
d) Check if the gimbal and propellers have obvious damage or misshapen.
e) Check whether the issue only appears in windy or severe cold environments. |
