Does DJI plan to release a development API for Osmo?

Once I get the one I ordered (maybe shipping anytime??), I would love to start looking at options to add new features.  The ability to track astronomy objects (moon, planets, etc.) automatically would be cool.  A follow-me option would also be cool.  But given an API, developers can work on this features as DJI improves the core functions.

So any plans on an API?
