I'm trying to update the charging hub, but when I plug it in  the light in the bottom left of the upgrade window does not turn green. The 4 indicator lights on the hub flash red, and when I go to the upgrade page it click check version it says unit disconnected. Any ides??

If nothing if that works, it's probably defective unit.  please, contact our technical service to get it fixed or replaced
