Hi I am thinking of getting the Osmo. I have an Iphone 6 plus will it fit in the holder?

Yes without case, or a very thin one.

The iPhone 6 Plus fits, even with Apple's leather case.

My iPhone 6s with Oem leather case fit in osmo holder( barely)

Very inconvenient, each time I use Osmo I will need to remove my Note 4 case. Can't DJI make it slightly bigger to fit in both iphone 6+ & Note 4 without removing the case?? So hassle!!  

I have the iPhone 6s plus with Otter Box Defender case and it does not fit. I have to take off/on the case every time. Big hassle, especially with that case. Hopefully DJI will have other options or a third-party will.

Same here. 6+ in a griffin tech case.. Not possible, gave to remove case. Massive market for a sensible adaptive holder here..

6 plus fits with the Apple leather case, but only just fits. Works great.

About the issue of phone case, since different people may use different phone case with different size, so it's not convenient for us to design the holder to fit the phone together with a case for everyone.

I have the Thule case and it doesn't fit with it, I usually just take it off the case, but yeah it does work.
