If someone feels like ejecting your sd card or plugging your gimbal into the computer and copying the firmware .bin file then zipping and emailing to me, I would greatly appreciate it. I have contacted dji, and they are working on a fix. I have deleted the firmware before receiving my second battery, and the app shows all up to date which second battery is not up to date. I guess this is too difficult for most on these forums to accomplish, no wonder all you read is nonsense problems on here.

any idea how to update my firmware.   I did it via wifi and it just keeps on failing.  There are now downloads in the standard section of the downloads on dji's website.  I'm screwed.

Mine would fail before I turned wifi assist off on Apple devices. Let it use the 4g connection only. Give that a try. It should work.

Disregard post, I no longer need a copy of the firmware.
