Have any of you tried any other lens options on the X5? Of course an M4:3 mount lens but was wondering if we are completely tied to the three that are currently available? Was looking to go a bit wider than 12mm. Anyone do any experiments? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I just ordered the Olympus 12 mm m zuiko , will arrive Friday. I have seen footage from this lens and it looks amazingly crisp. We will see. I will post video and pics Saturday.

The Olympus is a really amazing lens on the X5. Use film mode, manual ex and FCPX with just some color correction and you will be surprised. An even beter look together with: http://www.hoyafilter.com/hoya/p ... taticfilters/cirpl/  (46mm)

Thanks guys. I actually am flying the Variable ND on my X5 and love it! Truly a great add and the weight is the same as the standard hood and empty ring that came with the lens. I'm just wanted to get a bit more along the lines of an 9mm fixed lens. I did find one and it's cheap. May test it out and see if it works well. Thoughts?
