Hi Dave, I appreciate DJI probably doesn't want to spend too much money on hard cases however they are supposed to be able to at least protect the £3000 piece of equipment inside. To my point having owned two inspires this is now the third case the zip has broken on. It is the most substandard piece of junk I have ever had the misfortune of using. Is there anyway DJI can send me a replacement case as I would rather not fork out for a replacement? Yours patiently Nick.
They have posted here before that the case is a freebie and not warranted.
Whether that position is compliant to your relevant consumer law is another matter.
They sell replacement cases, but were it a matter of spending money, I'd go for a 3rd party case as the DJI one is a little on the flimsy side, esp if I was looking to travel with it.

Thanks Tim, probably all in only a few months and probably only 20 or so flights. Can you give me the support email and will I need a ticket number? Thanks for finally getting back to me I know things can sometimes take a while in the forums.
