I'm returning my P3P for repairs.  DJI wants me to complete the customer information sheet.  Does anyone have a template or knowledge of what info goes into the "Back Story" section of this form. Appreciate the help.

When I returned my P3P for repairs, I just explained the problem/incident that happened when mine crashed, including as much details as possible.

The 'back story' is the story of what happened to your quad/what symptoms or problems are you experiencing with your quad/what is wrong with your quad.
