ive seen a lot of these home made aluminium range extenders or even windsurfer extenders for the phantom 3 Pro and Advanced that use lightbridge, but what about the phantom 3 Standard? does anyone know if those range extenders help at all for the p3s that dont use lightbridge?
The Windsurfer version of the range extender was made for the type of antennae the P3S has. So use that design and you could probably get some more distance. I have no idea about the video though. Or even vice verse. If you do make one, you should approach the distances very slowly and carefully. Fly Safe!

Did u notice a decline in the wifi signal when u used it on the standard Rc? I wild thin it would block the wifi antennas which are behind the shield in the case.
