Hi all,

This is my first post in the forum. I just bought a Phantom 3 standard as my first aproach to the aerial photography. I have flown my drone on an open area, surrounded by lowrise buildings (any of them exceeded 35m (10 ft)). These buildings were about 80 to 150 meters away from where I was flying my drone, however when I was trying to reach the maximun altitude (I turned off the begginer mode) I only reached 100m before I got the warning of "Low RC signal" and then the "Auto Landing" function was activated, in spite of the maximun height limit is 500m.

I would like to know if someone of you have had this issue with the P3 standard, if you do how you did fixed this problem? Do you think I have to send it back to the retailer?

Same thing here I'm out in an open space power lines 200m away, buildings 500m away even left my car 200m away but still losing signal at 50m in any direction and yes all distances were set to 500m and beginner mode off. Would number of satellites effect signal distance even though app says safe to fly

My p3p have the same problem, i did almthe recommendation like adjust the antenna, relink the rc, rc calibration etc but still have rc signal problem. When i fly just for 200m or so then the rc signal start to weak then finally get to return to home by its self. So do you have any solution for this?

Have you paid attention to the flight space ? Buidings might block the signal . If it's not getting better , please contact your local dealers .
