Hi guys!
So, after the update zen imu 1.0.0.6 my gimbal of PV2+ not work more.
I have old control V2.0.
I tried same times all updates again but nothing.

The gimbal when power on just like as intermittent horn.

Anybody have same idea?

How resolve this problem? It´s possible reset this gimbal?

When you did your updates, did you select "upgrade version" or "basic version" in your Phantom assistant 3.6

I select Basic version, because my RC is V2.0 it´s mean, old version.

My gimbal refuses to move too. It used to move with the iPhone app, but now refuses! Tried EVERYTHING!!!

2. After your connection P2V+ with PC software, the firmware of Zen IMU is 0.0.0.0?

Hi, DJi-Dboy, When power on my phanton, the gimbal only emit like as intermittent horn (beep, beep, beep...)

When conect in software the zen imu is 1.0.0.6

My RC is old version (2.0).

I'm having similar problem. Just unboxed brand new Phantom Vision+ v3.0, updated firmware. Now camera just hangs straight down.

Did you do all the calibrations?  To calibrate the camera,  follow this.  I can control the tilt by how far I turn the wheel. From 2 seconds fast to 45 seconds slow.

I calibrated my camera wheel in the "DJI Phantom 2 Vision Assistant_3.6" and I can control the speed it goes from horizontal to vertical by the amount of turn I put on the wheel.   In the "basic" page of the 3.6 app, select "rc" tab.  There you will see 2 calibration starts. "Command sticks calibration and sticks monitor"  You only need to start the command sticks calibration and do all the calibrations including the camera wheel.  You do not need to click start calibration on the "sticks monitor"   I can vary my movement from horizontal to vertical from 2 seconds with maximum movement on the wheel to 45 seconds with a very little turn on the wheel.  Make sure you select upgrade version.

Thanks Gerry. I tried that several times. I can see 'X1' moving in the Vision assistant program in response to me moving the wheel, but the camera just hangs limp pointing at the floor. Don't know if this is related, but I also saw an error 27 "GPS needs calibration" code pop up a few times when starting the assistant program. It may also be helpful to note that under 'Upgrades" the GPS shows no loader numbers.

Did you also do a basic IMU calibration and is your Phantom sitting on metal or is there any metal within the distance of the USB cord?

Yes Gerry. Did that several times while phantom sitting on cardboard box that to came (and may soon be going back) in. ;-) I know the gimbal worked before the update. Now no sounds, no nothing. Any other ideas before I pack it up and send it back?

In my case I can see video and take a picture.
Some did after flights that problem , but with a lock on the camera.
During the calibration my X1 not moviment. I move the gimbal in all directions but the X1 does not change . Does it have something to do.

And DJI-Dboy, I bought in USA my PV2+ direct site of DJI, but living in Brazil. What to do...?

I sent DJI tech support an email this morning about this. Still no reply. I just packed mine up and shipped it back for refund. These things cost way too much money to have these kinds of problems right out of the box. Reading through these forums about all of the issues others have been having, makes me feel pretty good about sending it back.
Good luck guys. I'm out. Maybe I'll look into them again in 6 months or so. Hopefully, they will have worked out some of their issues and lowered the price by then.

I have the upgraded transmitter with the wheel for the gimbal at the top left corner. My Phantom was originally the Phantom 2 Vision plus,  I just bought the upgraded version 3 tx for it.

Darn, so what is the fix. I was just doing everything you are supposed to do before your first flight. I updated my RC firmware and the gimble has stoped working. Does not work when using phone either. Worked fine before. NOW WHAT???

Mine came with the upgraded controller. I should have never updated.
