Hello can any one help me please iv got a phantom 2vistion+ and for some reason when I click sd card to upload picture it does let me it looks like it's loading but that's all it does get yet I can still watch the camera live any ideas any one ?

What are you trying to upload it to?  Your phone or your computer?

You need to sync the files to your phone if you want to use that to view or upload photos from the Phantom.
But be warned that it takes ages, like over half an hour, to sync a few photos and video over the phantom Wi-Fi.
So you will need to wait a lot longer to do what you ask.

When you go to sd card, tap on the photo, you will see it go to the bottom, then tap on the checkmark at the top right.  You will see it loading and when it is finished, you will see done. tap on done

I just take lots of photos and videos and then take the micro card out of the camera and download them straight from the micro card into the PC.
