RC controls Phantom 3 Pro. Not able to connect to Go app for flight data/video

Hello all,

I just updated my Phantom 3 Pro to the latest firmware (v1.5.0030). I also updated my Go app to the latest version as well. However I was unable to get my remote control to do the same.

I tried to see if I was able to power up the system to update the remote control's firmware using the app. Typically, when I power up, the app automatically recognizes that I have turned on the system and allows me to enter the camera view. This time the remote control does not recognize that I am connected, nor am I able to receive any video feed.

Basically, no data is being relayed to me via the app. What could be the issue?

NOTE:

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S4 (version 5.0.1)

I have never crashed nor had any hard landings with my P3P

I purchased the P3P in August 2015

My last flight was this past Sunday prior to updating the app.

Up to this point, this has been my first issue.

Hi ,
Please try this way .  Press the C1 + C2 + Photo  buttons, keep them pressed and TURN OFF the controller.Then ,keep the C1 + C2 + Trigger (photo) buttons pressed  and turn the controller on .

working for me ! but I pressed c1 + c2 + photo gallery button first on the right and power off then c1 + c2 + rooler button (right)  and it is working
