Hello, when i start motors, one motor is glitching. I did calibrations, but nothing helps. Maybe i need new ESC or MOTOR? When i fly , it is okey. Sorry for bad english.
That's usually caused by a broken ESC ( 1 Phase partially missing) , rarely the motor or motor wiring.
oh and I wouldn't fly with it since it can fail completely and with it your Phantom will fall rather quickly.
I also would not fly it, it sounds like something is not functioning correctly. When powered off does the motor spin freely or can you feel abnormal resistance. If it feels ok, then it's probably ESC

I think motor is fine. I checked wirings and they are okey. I don't know what version of esc i need. On my esc is writtet WM301 BLCD V2. So i need version V2.0?
The motor appears to be running what it looks like is the ESC motor controller giving it bad info. My rule of thumb when replacing a motor replace the ESC or when replacing a ESC replace the motor too. Really cheep insurance and save $$ in the long run. 80% of the failure are normally due to ESC though.Version 2.0 and 2.1 are compatible with that motor.
